With our online booking system you can: Change names in a reservation,change dates of your departure (Cancellations fees may apply according to our cancellation policy) , edit or reduce passengers , pay online , print all the necessary documents for your travel or even coctact us.
A.Steps to follow in case you have no booking:
1. Follow the link and complete your details: ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION DATA PLATFORM
2. After completing your data you will receive within 72 hours an e-mail from our technical support department with further details in order to activate your account.
3. Follow the instructions in the e-mail in order to complete successfully your registration.
B.In case you already have a reservation:
1. Send us an e-mail at support@kantzos.gr including your Name, Surname, Reservation Number.
2. One of our assistance from our technical support department will contact you within 72 hours in order to provide you with further details regarding your accounts activation.
3. Follow the instructions in the e-mail in order to complete successfully your registration.
