All Sixt vehicles are insured:
1.against liability to third parties (excluding driver) for death and injury up to 750.000,00€ per victim
2.material damages to third parties (excluding the Sixt vehicle) up to 750.000,00€
3.for fire of the Sixt vehicle
If the Sixt vehicle is damaged or stolen by renter's culpability or negligence, the renter will be liable, up to the total car's commercial value at the time of accident or theft.
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.)
The renter can limit his responsibility for his legal share in any damage of the vehicle: a) to 380,00€ by paying the amount of 14,00€ per day for car groups MCMR, EDMR, CCMR, b) to 550,00€ by paying the amount of 19,00€ per day for car groups
CDMR, IDMR, SDMR, CDAR, SDAR, CWMR, SVMR, CFMN, ITMR, c) to 1.000,00€ by paying the amount of 28,00€ per day for
car groups FVMR, PDMR, XDMR, FFMR provided that traffic laws where not contravened.
Full Damage Waiver (F.D.W.)
The renter may waive the above deductible amount reliability of 380,00€ or 550,00€ or 1.000,00€ by paying in addition the daily amount of 10,00€ for car groups MCMR, EDMR, CCMR, 14,00€ for car groups CDMR, IDMR, SDMR, CDAR, SDAR,
CWMR, SVMR, CFMN, ITMR and 24,00€ for car groups FVMR, PDMR, XDMR, FFMR.
Note: None of the above insurances cover damages caused by violation of the Greek traffic law, as well as damages to
tires, mirrors, windscreens, car parts underneath the vehicle and in the cabin.
Theft Protection (Τ.P.)
If the renter accepts (and signs) the relative contract terms, he disposes of the responsibility for the theft
of the car by paying the additional daily charge of:
6,00€ for car groups MCMR, EDMR, CCMR
8,00€ for car groups CDMR, IDMR, SDMR, CDAR, SDAR, CWMR, SVMR, CFMN, ITMR
14,00€ for car groups FVMR, PDMR, XDMR, FFMR
***Note: Theft Protection (T.P.) is not valid in case of driver's negligence
Personal Accident Insurance (P.A.I.)
This insurance, optionally available for only 5,00€ per day, covers the driver for death, total or partial disability up to 15.000,00€.
